The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the exam schedule for some of its major recruitment examinations in early 2025. These include the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier-II Examination 2024 and the Constable (GD) Examination 2025. Aspirants can now plan their preparation according to the announced dates.
Exam Dates
- Combined Graduate Level Examination 2024 (Tier-II):
- Dates: January 18, 19, and 20, 2025
- Purpose: This is the second stage of the CGL recruitment process, crucial for shortlisting candidates for various Group B and Group C positions in central government ministries and departments.
- Constable (GD) Examination 2025:
- Dates: February 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 24, and 25, 2025
- Purpose: Recruitment for Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau.

- Mode of Examination: Both examinations will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.
- Admit Cards: Candidates are advised to regularly check the SSC official website (ssc.gov.in) for updates regarding the release of admit cards.

- For CGL Tier-II: Focus on quantitative ability, statistics, general studies (finance & economics), and English comprehension.
